• Simple separation or parenting agreement (without negotiation or mediation) (includes two telephone conferences with client, once for assessment of client needs at initial engagement, and another prior to final delivery of document). $1,000.00.

• Complaints, Counter-Claims, Motion to Modify, Motion for Contempt: $500.00 to $750.00 (includes, at a minimum, a single telephone conference lasting between one and one-half hours, with client prior to final delivery of document).

• Answers or Response to Motion to Modify or Motion for Contempt: $350.00 (includes single telephone conference at a minimum, a single telephone conference lasting between one and one-half hours, with client prior to final delivery of document).

• Other Motions and Responses: $400.00 to $750.00 (includes, at a minimum, and based on Limited Service Engagement Agreement, a single telephone conference, lasting between one and one-half hours, with client prior to final delivery of document).

• Written Discovery Requests (includes Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents only): $500.00 to $800.00 (includes, at a minimum, a single telephone conference, lasting between one and one-half hours, with client prior to final delivery
  of documents).

• Written Discovery Responses (includes Answers to Interrogatories and Response to Request for Production of Documents, including document review up to 500 pages of documents): $500.00 to $1,500.00 (includes two telephone conferences with client: one at engagement to discuss documents and one prior to final delivery of documents, each lasting, at a minimum, between one and one-half hours).

• Comprehensive Divorce or Custody Package (Litigation only): $3,000.00
  (includes: assistance and education in preparing initial pleading and response (or response and counter-claim) and written discovery (Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents; Answers to Interrogatories and Response to Request for Production of Documents); includes three telephone conferences with client: one at engagement to discuss documents; one to discuss discovery responses; and one prior to final delivery of documents, lasting between one and one-half hours each).

Self-Represented Litigant Education Service:

$200.00/month; month-to-month contract, payable on or before the first day of each month. Includes unlimited electronic mail contact with attorneys.
